As a healthcare practitioner, it’s very likely that you'll encounter many patients presenting to you with a primary complaint of low back pain. Most cases of low back pain are relatively easy to diagnose and manage. However, there are other cases that are difficult to diagnose and some may even be caused by serious pathology, requiring earl y recognition and immediate referral. To improve your knowledge, confidence and efficiency in the diagnosis of low back pain, we’ve developed the "Accurate Diagnosis of Low Back Pain - Everything you need to knowonline CPD course. This course will present 12 case studies of patients whose primary complaint is low back pain.

To enhance your diagnostic skills, each case study uses a clinical problem-solving approach to present the patient’s history, examination findings, the results of special tests, imaging studies and how clinical reasoning is applied for each case.
The case presentations have been developed and reviewed by a multidisciplinary team of health practitioners with extensive academic and clinical experience with particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions.
The course material is compiled from evidence-based resources including peer-reviewed journals, specialist organisations and authoritative texts designed to provide the participant with the most up-to-date diagnostic procedures and interpretation. The material includes an ongoing clinical analysis of the case presentations. The clinical analysis is based on a problem-solving methodology reflecting the approach required in clinical practice.
